Because all products delivered by NameIdea LLC are digital or service-based, no physical returns are required or accepted.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment or accidental double charge
• Technical issues that prevent product delivery and cannot be resolved by our support team
• Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe

Refunds are not granted for:

• Completed services or delivered digital items
• Change of mind or mistaken purchase

• Custom or personalized digital work already started or completed

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If you are subscribed to a recurring service:
